Mandy is by far one of the first hairdressers I've been to who genuinely cares about the health of my hair. She always takes the time to explain everything to me in a way that feels honest and educational, never like she's just trying to sell me something. She's truly the kind of hairdresser every girl dreams of having. She always makes herself available if I have questions or need advice, and you can tell she genuinely wants the best for her clients :) Her character is rare, and her kindness never goes unnoticed. Mandy is highly skilled with an incredible amount of knowledge. She’s realistic, optimistic, and so creative. I felt completely at ease in her care — I don’t have much knowledge about hair, styles, or extensions, and I’ve had more bad experiences with hairdressers than good ones over the years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a busy full-time working mum, I love how easy it was to book an appointment. I went in after work and had a quick chat with Mandy about what I wanted, and she instantly understood the look I was going for. She’s incredibly professional and knowledgeable, giving me lots of helpful tips—not just about styling, but also the right way to shampoo and how to look after my scalp. Best of all, there was absolutely no pressure to buy any products, which made the whole experience feel genuine and comfortable. I had such a lovely time at the salon and walked out feeling amazing. Mandy is AMAZING, she is friendly and open and if you love a chat she has an open heart and exceptional listening skills. Not only does my hair looks fabulous and I feel brand new, I felt seen and heard during my 3 hours at her salon. I first went to Mandy to fix my botched extensions from another salon. I have since been back for her to upgrade and get new ones. Mandy is everything you want in a hairdresser. Accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about hair. You are never rushed or made to feel like a number. Her salon is beautiful too. Honestly thought I was going to have to shave my hair when I walked in with the biggest bird’s nest of extensions — but Mandy completely saved me! She patiently revived my extensions, treated my natural hair beautifully, and somehow still created the most gorgeous creamy blonde foils. I honestly couldn’t recommend Mandy enough. I went to her salon after my previous hairdresser completely damaged my blonde locks. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things hair… far beyond any other hairdresser I’ve been to. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about the health of your hair, not just how it looks on the day. She’s very conscious about the products she uses & would never put anything on your hair with hidden toxins or harsh ingredients. Everything she uses is high-quality & chosen to nourish & strengthen your hair, not damage it. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I went in with very long hair and honestly didn’t know what to do with it anymore — it had become hard to manage and I was always tying it up. I asked for a change and the result was excellent. The cut is shorter, fresh and so much more manageable. I also received great advice on how to style it and reduce frizz, which has made a big difference in my daily routine. I was nervous about getting extensions I wanted volume around my face rather than length but the results surpassed my expectations. Mandy was the consummate professional from our first phone call to consultation to appointment. As I was going away on holidays she went out of her way to accommodate me, scheduling my appointment out of normal hours. The salon was easy to find, clean and welcoming.
